Former Bachelorette, Melissa Rycroft, admits that motherhood is the hardest job. Rycroft and husband Tye Strickland gave birth to a baby girl, Ava Grace, last year. In a NEW interview with People Magazine, Melissa says: "There are times when I want to sit outside on my patio
and scream going, ‘Oh my gosh! But all it takes is one little smile
from her and I go, ‘Well, there you go. It was totally worth that little
temper tantrum.’ The couple recently moved to California for Melissa's job.
